Excellent company, friendly staff

Excellent agency, 24/7 support, correct payment and always right on time.

We have used Nurses Friend to provide us with nurse cover for two of our nursing/residential homes. They always strive to do their best to find us cover for our shift and are very reliable and honest.

They are always friendly and extremely helpful at times of need, even in the early hours of the morning! The staff have always been of excellent quality. Nothing is too much trouble for them and we would recommend them to others.

Nurses Friend have always been very polite and friendly during our telephone conversations and will try to send us the same staff to aid continuity of care.

Their service in and out of hours is good and it has only been on the rarest of occasions when they have not been able to fulfil our requests. I would recommend Nurses Friend to those in the care industry needing short term/temporary cover.
